City Council Public Comment - Tuesday June 12th @ 7pm

Come to the San Luis Obispo City Council meeting this Tuesday at 7pm and express your views on the "Happiest City in America's" policies of harassing homeless people. Whether they sleep outside or in their vehicles, homeless people are targets of police harassment in this town. They are harassed when they sleep, when they sit downtown, when they simply exist and it must stop. Come to the meeting on Tuesday evening and let the Council and Mayor know that all of the citations, vehicle impoundments and pushing people around is not okay and violates people’s constitutional right to exist.

Day: Tuesday, June 12th

Time: 7pm (sharp)

Place: 990 Palm Street

*Please be prompt since the comment period is at the beginning of the meeting and all speakers must fill out a comment card. Comment is limited to 3 minutes.
