There should be minutes of yesterday's GA being posted today.
There were no emergency issues.
Several committees gave reports, of which I don't remember all the details. They informed people of some upcoming events and said they would put them on the calendar when the time and place had been finalized.
A motion to change Tuesday's GA in to a work group meeting day was passed with full support.
A motion to turn off comments on Facebook was put forth, but several people felt that the point of the movement was to encourage communication and did not was to do something contrary to that ideal. It was also mentioned that it is important to listen to negative feedback as well as positive so that we can improve. Nathan put forward that perhaps Facebook just needed to be better moderated. That seemed to be generally accepted.
One man put forth a suggestion for improving attendance. He suggested we talk to local groups that are addressing issues similar to ours and ask them if they'll come march with us at least one Saturday a month. Seemed like a project for Outreach.
